From securing your reservation to understanding refund timelines, these policies are designed to keep everything transparent and fair. BOOKING REGULATIONS:
- All package booking requests must be confirmed in writing.
- Booking-related communication should be conducted exclusively through written correspondence.
- Verbal communication will not be considered in the event of any dispute.
- Confirmation of a booking is only granted upon receipt of 50% of the total package cost.
- The remaining payment must be settled prior to the commencement of the service.
CANCELLATION TERMS AND POLICIES:
If you wish to cancel a booking, kindly notify Yukti Travel in writing well in advance. Cancellations will be deemed effective only upon the receipt of the cancellation letter. The applicable cancellation charges vary depending on the cancellation period:
- Upon booking and advance payment, a minimum deduction of 10% of the package cost will be incurred.
- In the event of the service date being rescheduled or advanced up to 30 days before, a mere 5% of the package cost will be deducted. The calculation for the new date will be based on the prevailing hotel and transportation costs.
- Starting 30 days before the service commences, a deduction of 20% from the total package cost will be applicable.
- For cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before the scheduled service, a 40% deduction of the total cost will be enforced.
- Cancellations occurring from 14 to 10 days before the service will incur a 50% deduction of the total cost.
- Between 9 and 6 days before the service, a 60% deduction of the total cost will be applied.
- For cancellations made within 5 days to 48 hours before the scheduled service, a substantial 90% deduction of the total cost will be implemented.
- Within the window of 48 hours to the day of the service, the entire 100% of the total cost will be deducted.
- In the unfortunate event of a NO SHOW, the full 100% of the total cost will be deducted.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Kindly note that there will be no refunds for cancellations of bookings during festival periods (Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Pushkar Fair, etc.) or high peak season (from 20th Dec to 15th Jan), regardless of the reason for cancellation.
REFUND POLICY: Refunds for services that have been paid for but are subsequently canceled will adhere to the cancellation policy provided above, ensuring a fair determination of the refund amount. The individual who initiated the payment will receive the refunded amount. It is worth noting that the refund process might take 2 to 4 weeks owing to banking procedures and holidays. If the refund is directed towards a credit card or bank account, any relevant bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
