- 10% of the tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee from the time of booking until 30 days prior to the departure date. This fee pays for the processing expenses associated with the cancellation procedure.
- For cancellations made between 30 and 17 days previous to the departure date, a fee equal to 25% of the tour cost will be levied.
- For cancellations made between 17 and 10 days previous to the departure date, a fee equal to 40% of the tour cost will be levied.
- For cancellations submitted between ten and three days previous to the departure date, a fee equal to 60% of the tour cost will be charged.
- If you cancel fewer than three days before your tour’s departure date or you don’t show up, you’ll be charged 100% of the tour price.
